Our History

Allen Mold has been in business for over 20 years specializing in blow molds. We provide a state of the art design for your mold from the beginning stages, along with processing recommendations and advice based upon our many of years of experience in the blow mold industry.

Our Team has over 25 years of experience in design.  Our engineering department utilizes the latest in 3D design manufacturing and technology including: SolidWorks, Mastercam and AutoCad.  We are confident we will meet all of your engineering needs starting from product design and analysis to complete mold design.

We use state of the art equipment and are constantly striving to provide you with the newest and best machining capabilities on the market.  CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Surface Grinding, Radial Drilling, and digitizing for reverse engineering capability are among our many machines we are able to offer to our clients.

Allen Mold has converted all crack inducing NPT pipe plugs to non-swelling, crack eliminating o-ring style plugs. We also offer the same option for quick disconnect and JIC style fittings.
